Butterfly Pea Tea

Butterfly Pea Tea, commonly known as blue tea, is a caffeine-free herbal tea made from an infusion of the flower petals or whole flower of the Butterfly Pea plant. It is unique in that it changes color from blue to purple when the pH is offset through the addition of ingredients such as lemon juice.
